a) Studentgalaxy is a one off payment and you dont have to worry about cancelling subscription or getting re-billed. Once your subscription is over, YOU ARE NOT CHARGED AGAIN UNLESS YOU RE-SUBSCRIBE

b) If you have made payment but cant have full access, it is possible that your payment did not go through.To make sure it went through or not, it is advisable to log in to paypal, and look for the payment you made to studentgalaxy. look for the status to the transaction. If it is still not resolved, then give us a call or email us.

c)You can not pay by cash. The only payment on studentgalaxy is through paypal. We will notify you if we start accepting new payment options
